General:
✦ The order must be made on VGen.
✦ The turn around time can vary from 2 weeks to 1 month.
✦ If you have a deadline, you will have to pay a fee for commission list priority!
✦ If I have to extend the deadline, I'll let you know in advance!
✦ For Brazilian price/commission, please DM!About the payment:
✦ Upfront and on via VGen!
✦ Payments plans only if you already commissioned me before!
✦ The final price may change depending on the complexity of the order.
✦ Payments will be made ON VGen only! You can use credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Android Pay there at your own currency.
✦ There are no refunds. Only in specifics cases, VGen will return 100% of your money!
✦ In case the customer no longer wants to continue with the commission, they will have to pay (depending on the type and progress of the art) a fee of 50%-75% of the final price.
✦ Payments in brazilian currency will be made via PIX, 100% upfront or 50% first and 50% after the sketch.Rights and licenses:
✦ Using my artwork as NFT, AI, or selling inappropriately is prohibited.
✦ The customer has no right to sell/edit/trace or appropriate the final product.Customers' rights:
✦ You can request as many changes/revisions as you want during the sketch process, but major changes (such as pose/character) will be charged a fee!
✦ If the final art is a private project, or you just would like the art not to be published, there is a fee. Please select that when placing your order!
✦ The use of my artwork as a profile picture, header, twitch banner, is totally allowed.
✦ When you receive the final product, you can use my artwork as long as you credit me.My process during the commission:
✦ You'll fill the VGen small forms, accept my terms, and then i'll review your order and send the final price for you!
✦ I'll only start the sketch, after i get the upfront payment!
✦ I'll contact you in one of your socials to send the updates, if you prefer to do it on VGen tha's fine too!
✦ So, during the comission process, you'll see and approve the sketch, the changes if there is any, the lineart and the base color. I'll make sure to keep you updated during the rendering and shading.
✦ You'll receive the artwork in a Google's Drive folder, to keep the quality. You'll receive a version with background, blank background and with my commission watermark.Adopts Terms:
