General:
✦ The order must be made on VGen. Only in special cases I will take commissions with Paypal Invoices.
✦ The turn around time can vary from 2 weeks to 1 month.
✦ If you have a deadline, you will have to pay a fee for commission list priority!
✦ If I have to extend the deadline, I'll let you know in advance!About the payment:
✦ Upfront via VGen or 50/50 on via Paypal Invoices.
✦ Payments plans on VGen only if you already commissioned me before!
✦ The final price may change depending on the complexity of the order.
✦ Payments will be made ON VGen, prioritely! You can use credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Android Pay there at your own currency.
✦ There are no refunds. Only in specifics cases, VGen will return 100% of your money!
✦ In case the customer no longer wants to continue with the commission, they will have to pay (depending on the type and progress of the art) a fee of 50%-75% of the final price.
✦ Payments in brazilian currency will be made via PIX, 100% upfront or 50% first and 50% after the sketch.Rights and licenses:
✦ Using my artwork as NFT, feeding AI, or selling inappropriately is prohibited.
✦ The customer has no right to appropriate/trace or use AI on the final product.
✦ I have the right to deny a request that I do not feel comfortable making.Customers' rights:
✦ You can request as many changes/revisions as you want during the sketch process, but major changes (such as pose/character) will be charged a fee!
✦ If the final art is a private project, or you just would like the art not to be published, there is a fee. Please select that when placing your order!
✦ The use of my artwork as a profile picture, header, twitch banner, is totally allowed.
✦ When you receive the final product, you can use my artwork as long as you credit me.My process during the commission:
✦ You'll fill the VGen small forms, accept my terms, and then i'll review your order and send the final price for you!
✦ I'll only start the sketch, after i get the upfront payment!
✦ I'll contact you in one of your socials to send the updates, if you prefer to do it on VGen tha's fine too!
✦ So, during the comission process, you'll see and approve the sketch, the changes if there is any, the lineart and the base color. I'll make sure to keep you updated during the rendering and shading.
✦ You'll receive the artwork in a Google's Drive folder, to keep the quality. You'll receive a version with background, blank background and with my commission watermark.Adopts Terms:
✦ Do not claim the design as yours.
✦ Changes in color or small design details can be made!
✦ No refunds.
✦ Please credit me when sharing/posting this design.
✦ I can transfer the ownership on Toyhouse to you.

Em geral:
✦ Em caso de comissão internacional, o pedido deverá ser feito no VGen. Somente em casos especiais aceitarei comissões com faturas Paypal.
✦ O prazo para arte pode variar de 2 semanas a 1 mês.
✦ Se você tiver um prazo, terá que pagar uma taxa pela prioridade da lista de comissões!
✦ Caso eu tenha que prorrogar o prazo, avisarei com antecedência!Sobre o pagamento:
✦ Para comissões internacionais, pagamento inteiro pelo VGen ou 50/50 via Paypal.
✦ O preço final poderá sofrer alterações dependendo da complexidade do pedido.
✦ Os pagamentos serão feitos no VGen, prioritariamente para internacionais! Você pode usar cartões de crédito, cartões de débito, Apple Pay e Android Pay em sua própria moeda.
✦ Não há reembolso.
✦ Caso o cliente não queira mais continuar com a comissão, deverá pagar (dependendo do tipo e andamento da arte) uma taxa de 50%-75% do preço final.
✦ Os pagamentos em REAIS (R$) serão feitos via PIX, 100% adiantado ou 50% primeiro e 50% após aprovação do esboço.Direitos e licenças:
✦ É proibido usar minha arte como NFT, alimentar IA ou vender de forma inadequada.
✦ O cliente não tem direito de se apropriar/editar ou usar IA no produto final.
✦ Tenho o direito de negar um pedido que não me sinta confortável em fazer.Direitos dos clientes:
✦ Você pode solicitar quantas alterações/revisões desejar durante o processo de esboço, mas alterações maiores (como pose/personagem) serão cobradas uma taxa!
✦ Caso a arte final seja um projeto privado, ou você apenas queira que a arte não seja publicada, há cobrança de taxa (+100%). É importante mencionar isso ao fazer seu pedido, se não será publicada normalmente!
✦ O uso da minha arte como foto de perfil, cabeçalho, banner do Twitch, é totalmente permitido.
✦ Ao receber o produto final, você poderá usar minha arte de forma comercial desde que me dê os créditos.Meu processo durante a comissão:
✦ Assim, durante o processo de encomenda, você verá e aprovará o esboço, as alterações se houver, a lineart e a cor base. Certificarei-me de mantê-lo atualizado durante a renderização e o sombreamento.
✦ Você receberá a arte em uma pasta do Google Drive, para manter a qualidade. Você receberá uma versão com fundo, fundo em branco e com minha marca d'água de comissão.Adota Termos:

✦ Podem ser feitas alterações de cor ou pequenos detalhes de design!
